General Dentist
Dr. Timothy Melancon has been practicing dentistry for 25 years in his beloved city of New Orleans. A lifelong resident of New Orleans, he attended Holy Cross High School, college at LSU, and graduated from the LSU School of Dentistry. Dr. Melancon joined a local practice shortly after graduating dental school and eventually bought that practice in 2012 when the owner retired. Known for his warm smile, gentle touch, and excellent demeanor with his patients, both young and old, he always makes sure to treat each patient like family.
When Dr. Melancon is not helping his patients smile, you can find him celebrating every Mardi Gras event in town and serving as the treasurer of his favorite krewe, the Thoth Carnival Club. During football season, he can be found hosting one of his infamous tailgating rituals at all the LSU home football games!
Office Manager
Ashleigh was born and raised in the New Orleans area. She graduated from Archbishop Chapelle High school and Central Florida Institute, where she became a Certified Dental Assistant. She has been working with Dr. Melancon since 2011. Ashleigh loves seeing her patients smile, educating patients on insurance plans, and calming patients’ minds. During her off time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, singing any chance she gets, or making up new dance choreography.
Dental Hygienist
Studied Animal Science at Nicholls State 1976 graduate of LSUSD School of Dental Hygiene. Practiced in Thibodaux-Houma area before moving to Chalmette. Practiced in Chalmette until Katrina. Now practicing in Metairie. Married to Lou Wineski III for 40 years. Three children: Paul, Ben, and Holly, and five grandchildren. Equestrian for 65 years and now involved in Thoroughbred Rescue.
Dental Assistant
Stephanie grew up in the New Orleans area. She graduated with her dental assisting certification in 2017. She loves helping patients feel comfortable before dental procedures. Stephanie’s favorite part of dentistry is helping patients achieve their perfect smile. During her free time away from work she loves spending time with her husband and daughter, watching Disney movies, and going to the beach.
Dental Assistant
Kaileigh has been a dental assistant for seven years. She went to N.O.D.C. School For Dental Assisting back in 2015. She loves our patients and seeing them smile, leaving happy and feeling like they can trust us. Kaileigh states that the best feeling is hearing; thank you, that helped me a lot. It warms her heart so much. When she has free time, she loves dancing, spending time with my family and friends, especially her puppy.
